Community rules
Rally works because people show up, play fair, and look out for each other. These rules apply to everyone.
Show up or speak up
If you can't make it, leave the event as early as you can so your spot goes to the next player. Repeated no-shows are visible on your profile.
Be kind
No harassment, hate, threats, or bullying, whether on court, in chat, or anywhere on Rally. Disagree about a score? Talk it out or ask the host.
Keep it honest
Use your real name or the name people know you by. Report your level honestly so hosts can balance games. Enter scores truthfully.
Hosts run their events
Hosts are responsible for the venue, the format, and any fees. Rally lists community events and doesn't run them or collect money.
Play safe
Warm up, wear proper shoes, and know your limits. Hosts should share venue rules and anything players need to know.
No spam or selling
Don't use events or chat to advertise unrelated products or services.
Keep it all-ages
Rally is open to players of every age. Keep chat, language, and games right for younger players. Don't ask a player you don't know to meet away from a game, and parents and guardians are always welcome to come along.
Reporting
Use the report option on any event, message, or profile. Reports are private, and a moderator reviews each one within 24 hours. You can also block a player to hide their messages.
Questions or a problem?
Report anything that breaks these rules from the game, message, or profile where it happened. A moderator reviews every report within 24 hours.
