Terms

Last updated October 5, 2026. These terms are the agreement between you and Rally, operated by Daniel Xavier B. Legaspi. By creating a profile or publishing a game, you accept them.

The short version

  • Rally lists community games. Hosts run them; Rally doesn't.
  • Any fee is between you and the host, paid at the venue. Rally never takes payments.
  • Sport carries a risk of injury. You play at your own risk and within your limits.
  • Follow the Community rules. We can remove content or suspend accounts that break them.

Who can use Rally

Rally is open to players of every age. If you are under 18, use Rally with a parent's or guardian's permission. One person, one profile. Use your real name or the name people know you by, and keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account.

What Rally does

Rally is a free listing and coordination tool. It lets hosts publish games and lets players find them, join, chat, and record scores. We don't organize, supervise, or insure any game, and we don't check venues, hosts, or players. Levels and records on profiles are self-reported or come from player-entered scores; they are not official ratings.

Hosting a game

  • You are responsible for your game: the venue booking, safety, the format, the details you publish, and keeping them accurate.
  • If you charge a fee, you collect it yourself at the venue and handle any refunds. Show the real amount on the event.
  • If you cancel or change a game, do it in Rally so players are told.
  • Follow venue rules and any local regulations that apply to your game.

Joining a game

  • Joining is a commitment to the host and the other players. If you can't make it, leave the game in Rally as early as you can. Late cancels and no-shows show on your profile.
  • Check that a game suits your level and health before you play. Warm up, wear proper gear, and stop if you are hurt.

Risk of injury

Sports involve physical activity and a risk of injury. You take part in any game you find on Rally voluntarily and at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, Rally is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damage that happen at a game, at a venue, or traveling to and from one.

Your content

You own what you post: your profile, event details, messages, and scores. You give Rally permission to store and display it on Rally so the service works, for example showing your event in Discover or your message in a game's chat. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share, anything illegal, or anything that breaks the Community rules.

Moderation

Anyone can report a game, a message, or a profile. Moderators review reports and may remove content, cancel games, or suspend accounts that break these terms or the Community rules. If you think we got it wrong, email daxalegaspi@gmail.com.

Ads

Rally is free and shows one banner ad at the top of the page. Sponsors are responsible for their own offers.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Rally running, but it is provided as is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell signed-in players in the app before the change takes effect.

Limits on liability

Rally is free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens between players, hosts, and venues. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law that can't be waived.

Ending your use

You can stop using Rally and delete your profile at any time from your profile. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Our Privacy notice explains what happens to your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. If there is a dispute, we will first try to resolve it with you by email. If that doesn't work, the courts of Metro Manila have jurisdiction.
